Youth Sports Coach

This is more than just a part-time job—it’s a hands-on learning opportunity for high school and college students interested in sports management, coaching, education, or working with children.

What We Do

At i9 Sports, we focus on fun, inclusion, and development. Our programs are designed for kids of all skill levels, creating a positive environment where every child can learn the game, build confidence, and be part of a team.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and/or officiate youth sports games (flag football, soccer, basketball, etc.)
  • Lead drills and teach basic fundamentals in a fun, encouraging way
  • Create a positive experience for every child—regardless of skill level
  • Assist with game-day operations, including field setup, equipment organization, and breakdown
  • Help manage schedules, keep games running on time, and support overall site coordination
  • Communicate with parents, players, and team members in a professional and friendly way
