Position Overview

We are seeking an Operations Intern to support the operations and lending teams with administrative coordination, data organization, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan file organization and documentation
• Support internal operations workflows and process tracking
• Help maintain internal databases and reporting tools
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of operational tasks
• Conduct research and assist with operational improvements
• Provide general administrative and project support

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
