About JAM Teaching and Consulting JAM Teaching and Consulting is a Chicago-based educational consulting firm supporting families and schools across Chicagoland and the United States. We work at the intersection of special education, child development, and school advocacy, partnering with families, schools, and support teams to help every child thrive. Our website is a key touchpoint for the families and educators we serve, and we're redesigning it to better reflect who we are and what we do.

The Role We are looking for one person who can handle both the design and build of a website redesign in Webflow. This is a project-based, hourly contract role. Content and visuals will be provided, so your job is to bring them together into a polished, professional site that works beautifully across devices.

What You'll Do Design and build approximately 20 pages in Webflow, ensure clean responsive layouts across desktop and mobile, set up any needed CMS structure, and communicate clearly with a non-technical client throughout the process. We want someone who can take direction, ask good questions, and work independently once we're aligned.

What We're Looking For Demonstrated Webflow experience across both design and development is required. Bonus points if you use AI tools like Relume to work efficiently. Strong communication and a collaborative approach matter as much as technical skill here. You don't need years of experience, just work you're proud of and the ability to see a project through from start to finish.
