Marketing Sales Representative

About The Role (ON-SITE IN LAS VEGAS, NV 89104)

As a Marketing & Sales Representative Intern, you will focus on developing an in-depth understanding of our marketing strategies to develop lasting customer relationships, foster brand loyalty, and build new accounts face-to-face. 

Interns will be provided hands-on training with our leading sales professionals, and the opportunity to work with our marketing development mentors, who are dedicated to your success. By working under our team, you will grow the skills necessary to curate personalized marketing engagements and drive sales by focusing on relationships. Key Tasks of Marketing & Sales Intern: 

• Work directly with our trainers and mentors to build your face-to-face sales and marketing skills, learning to create customer experiences that build lasting relationships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services, focusing on creating positive brand awareness that drives sales and generates customer loyalty.
• Work face-to-face with our customers, increasing engagement through product demonstrations and personalized marketing strategies. 
• Ensure open communication is kept with the entire team regarding performance, sales goals, and attitude with our customers. 
• Engage in team meetings regarding promotional offers, sales goals, and branding strategies that ensure our clients are satisfied with customer engagement and account acquisition. 
• Walk customers through the sales process with clear understanding and work with them to build personalized service packages that cater to their specific needs.

• A proactive attitude with a drive to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required.
