As a Marketing & Sales Intern for Vendetta Sports Media, you will…
 

Help drive revenue and brand growth by identifying potential clients, selling website builds, securing guest posts, and forming advertising partnerships. This role is centered on outreach, relationship-building, and executing real business deals that directly impact company growth.


You will be responsible for contacting businesses, pitching services (such as website creation, advertising placements, and sponsored content), and helping expand Vendetta’s network. You will also collaborate with internal team members to align marketing efforts with content and social media strategy.
You are still highly encouraged to try other aspects of journalism while you are with Vendetta Sports Media. Other beats you can try include podcasting, video, writing, etc. However, your primary work will be focused on marketing, outreach, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses, brands, advertisers)
  • Sell website builds, guest posts, and advertising opportunities
  • Assist in creating and pitching marketing proposals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to align campaigns
  • Track outreach, deals, and revenue generated
  • Help expand Vendetta Sports Media’s overall audience and business presence



Compensation
 

  • Commission-based (earn per deal closed)
