We’re looking for a Process Engineer who can design, optimize, and scale workflows across the organization. Someone who can break down complex operations, identify inefficiencies, and build systems that improve speed, quality, and reliability.

What You’ll Work On
Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Design and implement scalable workflows that improve productivity and consistency
Work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to streamline processes
Use data to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
Define and track process KPIs such as efficiency, turnaround time, and quality
Automate repetitive workflows using tools, scripts, or AI-based solutions where applicable
Document processes, SOPs, and best practices
Continuously improve processes based on feedback and performance data
Support cross-functional teams in implementing new systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience mapping workflows and designing process improvements
Familiarity with process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Ability to work with data to measure and improve performance
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Experience using tools for workflow automation or process management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies
Familiarity with automation tools or low-code/no-code platforms
Exposure to AI tools for process optimization
Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
Experience handling cross-functional operations
