Entry-Level Sales Representative

Forza Collective is growing team focused on developing strong, motivated individuals into successful professionals. We're currently expanding and looking for driven candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, communication, and business. 

This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll work directly with customers, build relationships, and develop real-world skills that transfer into long-term career growth. 

What You'll Do: 

• Engage with customers face-to-face and build rapport 
• Identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and confidently 
• Manage a local territory and maintain relationships 
• Work with a team to hit goals and improve performance

• Coachable and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow  
• A strong work ethic and results driven
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
