POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary:
Joining the WIN team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator is an integral role within the OSS (Shared Services) Department, and as such, all ideas, input and constructive recommendations will be highly valued. This role is responsible for supporting WIN’s Salesforce instance which includes use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, High Velocity Sales, and Remedyforce. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Certified Administrator to ensure effective use of our Salesforce and Pardot platforms and enable a deep understanding of our business processes to support WIN’s growth. The Senior Salesforce Certified Administrator is a critical member of a nimble and very collaborative organization. This is a full-time role and no visa sponsorship is available at this time. Candidates must be very self-motivated and embody creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail and project management skills. You will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, account management, implementation, support, operations and the leadership team, ensuring optimal use of our CRM and associated plugins and tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate with individual business units and functions to gather requirements, formulate as-is and to-be processes, and develop solutions within the Salesforce environment to serve those needs. Enhancing user experience, providing user training, and managing data integrity of the platform. A successful candidate will have significant experience with interacting with business users and will possess hands-on Salesforce administration skills.
Stay current on topical Salesforce releases and roadmaps to guide best architecture and practical use of Salesforce as a platform. Other position responsibilities outlined below:
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including user setup, profiles and roles; configuration and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations; custom objects, validation rules, workflows and process builders as necessary to support various business initiatives/projects
- Perform testing and evaluation, to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage and maintain data within Salesforce to ensure data adheres to data standards. Data normalization, de-duping and general clean-up within Salesforce objects, with an emphasis on building sustainable, repeatable and automated data normalization processes
- Develop and maintain end user training documentation, and deliver user training
- User support to analyze and resolve simple to complex application issues
- Drive user adoption of Salesforce
- Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality. Partner with IT to design and document solutions to bridge the gaps, and provide detailed business requirements for Salesforce developers
- Build estimates for requested work, maintain backlog, and manage workflow for continuous delivery
- Salesforce technical lead for complex multi-department projects across various business applications including the ability to diagnose, resolve problems or unexpected results, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Support development and management of automated business processes, reporting, data integrity and training of Salesforce users
- Work with stakeholders to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports, and ensure timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team of Salesforce users
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials
- Help drive adoption of activity management, including tracking high-impact activities
- Use Salesforce to link marketing, sales, account management, implementation and customer service
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices

Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Platform configuration and testing
- Proficient in Lightning enabled Salesforce instances
- Proficient with Salesforce Dataloader
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
- Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of business processes
- Prior training experience
- The ability to distill loosely defined problems, identify potential approaches and execute solutions
- Confident and highly communicative, with excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes
- The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proven data analytics expertise and ability to visualize data for consumption

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise-level applications including GreatPlains and ZoomInfo
- Experience with AppExchange partners
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, High Velocity Sales, Remedyforce
- Intermediate/advanced SQL or similar query language
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to display independent judgment to make decisions where no clear precedents exist; adjusts plans and deliverables with the right approvals and the business goals in mind. Ensures that all standards are followed and controls are adequately designed and implemented
Education & Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Platform
- Certified Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certifications a plus including Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Pardot Consultant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred or a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience
