Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a motivated and engaged Population Health Intern to join our Population Health team for the Fall 2026 internship term. This onsite internship provides hands-on experience in community health, data-driven population health initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a healthcare system.
This opportunity is well-suited for current students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, Community Health, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates completing the internship as part of a degree requirement.
Internship Highlights:
Gain valuable hands-on experience in population health initiatives
Assist with biometric screenings
Conduct health and wellness presentations within the community
Support data management and interpretation efforts
Location and Internship Duration:
This position will be on-site in La Crosse, WI.
Starting September 8, 2026 - December 18, 2026
Part-Time up to Full-Time hours available
Hourly rate of $16.40
