Phone Sales Representative

We are seeking an Entry-Level Phone Sales Representative to join our growing T-Mobile for Business sales team. This role is focused on connecting with business customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and closing sales on wireless and internet solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls with business customers and prospects
  • Present and sell T-Mobile for Business solutions, including:
    • Wireless business internet
    • Business & home fiber internet
    • Smartphones (Apple & Android) and tablets
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Close sales and generate new business accounts
  • Upsell and bundle services to maximize each opportunity
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Accurately track activity and sales in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain pipeline and close deals

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
  • Some sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone presence
  • Confident, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn sales skills
  • Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
