We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to join us for Summer 2026. This full-time, in-person internship is built for someone who loves getting into the weeds of tools, systems, and workflows and takes pride in keeping operations tight. You'll work directly with our COO & Co-Founder, Alfredo Ramirez, and own the day-to-day operational infrastructure that keeps our team moving.

🔑 What You'll Do

• Support Airtable Operations—maintain and update databases, keep records clean and current, support automation maintenance, and make interface improvements that help the team work faster.
• Run Notion—build and maintain meeting agendas and notes, organize our Friday team meetings, and keep our internal workspace structured and easy to navigate.
• Coordinate with the Team—show up prepared, keep the team organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across projects and clients.
• Tackle Whatever We Throw at You—we're a startup. Some days that means a research task, some days it means building a new workflow. You'll be ready for both.

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program—any field welcome, though Operations, Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science are natural fits.
• 🛠 A no-code/low-code operator at heart—you believe the best solution is the one that works without overengineering it.
• 📋 Organized and systems-minded—you notice when a process is broken and you want to fix it.
• 🚀 Self-directed—you can take a task, figure it out, and come back with results instead of questions.
• 🤝 A team player—you'll be the person who makes everyone else's job easier, and you take pride in that.

⭐ Big Pluses

• Hands-on experience with Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces) or Notion
• Familiarity with Make (Integromat) or n8n for workflow automation
• Any coding or scripting ability (Python, JavaScript)—not required, but a strong differentiator
• Prior startup experience

📍 This is a fully in-person role at our Courthouse HQ in Washington, D.C.
