Junior Marketing Associate

We’re a fast-growing marketing and sales team that partners with well-known brands and promote their products directly to customers through fun, face-to-face promotions in our partnered retail locations. Think real conversations, and making an impact — no desk required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with customers and represent cool, established brands
• Talk through products and help people find what fits their needs
• Assist with sign-ups, promotions, and sales
• Work alongside a fun, supportive team our partnered retail locations
• Track your progress and celebrate wins with your team 

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, positive attitude (you don’t have to be super extroverted—just willing to talk to people!)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and motivated to learn and grow
• Availability for some evenings/weekends
• Bonus points for experience in retail, customer service, or campus orgs—but not required
