Project Installation Management Intern
We are seeking a Project Management Intern to support installation-related projects. This role focuses on project coordination, progress tracking, and data management to help ensure projects are completed on schedule. The position emphasizes process monitoring, data analysis, issue tracking, and reporting, and does not involve hands-on installation or technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track overall project progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule;
- Establish and maintain a project issue log, and support cross-functional issue resolution and closure;
- Collect, organize, and analyze key project data, including but not limited to:
- Planned installation hours versus actual hours;
- Rework and deviation analysis;
- Progress tracking and milestone achievement;
- Prepare weekly project reports, phase summaries, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement;
- Assist in developing and maintaining data tracking systems and visualization tools, such as Excel and dashboards;
- Support risk identification, escalate issues in a timely manner, and assist in driving resolutions.
Qualifications
- Senior undergraduate student or above in Engineering or a related discipline;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and coordination abilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic analysis;
- Prior internship experience in project management, process optimization, or engineering environments is preferred;
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, written and verbal, is required.

Role Structure
