We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a growing, well-equipped small animal practice in Midland, GA. This is a great opportunity for experienced clinicians or upcoming/new graduates who want to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, efficient environment with a predictable schedule and strong team culture. This is a Monday–Friday position with no scheduled weekend shifts.

Our modern newly built hospital is designed for efficient workflow and excellent patient care. This is a modern, newly constructed companion animal hospital. The facility includes six exam rooms, a dedicated surgery suite with two surgical tables, a separate dental area, and hospitalization and boarding services. The practice is well equipped with laser therapy, ultrasound, digital dental and standard radiography, an endodontic analyzer, and both in-house and reference laboratory capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000 + production
  • Production: 20% ProSal, paid quarterly
  • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision
    • Employer covers 100% of employee premium
    • 50% coverage for dependents
  • 401(k): Eligible after 1 year with 3% employer contribution
  • CE, Licenses & Dues: Fully covered (including AVMA, GVMA, DEA)
