Position Overview
As a Sales Account Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll work directly with customers and clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This is an entry-to-mid-level position with opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively present and promote services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members to drive overall company success
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but not required)
