Creative Producer

About the role

I’m looking for a Creative Producer to work closely with me on content across The Luba Show and Life of Luba. (https://youtube.com/lifeofluba, https://instagram.com/lifeoflubaa)

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content, storytelling, and distribution.

You’ll own the process of getting content live — and also help shape how it’s packaged, presented, and improved over time. Our goal is to grow socials and create valuable content. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Own publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
  • Refine captions to make them sharp, human, and platform-native
  • Do light editing (trimming + simple caption overlays)
  • Stay extremely organized (content tracking, uploads, nothing slips)
  • Co-create carousels and visual content with me
  • Work closely with me on content planning and ideas
  • Use AI tools to speed up and improve workflows

 

Who you are

  • Extremely organized (non-negotiable)
  • Strong taste — you know what looks and feels right
  • Fast, reliable, and proactive
  • Interested in startups, founders, tech, internet culture
  • AI-curious and already experimenting

 

Requirements

  • Basic editing (trimming + captions)
  • Comfortable posting across major platforms
  • Clear, natural writing (not robotic or corporate)

  • Experience working with creators or personal brands
  • You’ve grown your own account
  • Strong instincts for what grabs attention
  • You have a feel for business, technology, AI, and modern careers
