Product Marketing Intern

Job description

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Intern to support product launches, messaging development, and go-to-market execution. This role will work closely with the marketing lead to help translate product capabilities and customer pain points into clear, compelling stories for sales, customers, and the market.

This is a hands-on role with exposure to AI products, B2B SaaS, and real GTM strategy.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support product launches (feature releases, betas, waitlists)
  • Help create product messaging and positioning based on customer pain points
  • Assist with sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch slides, FAQs)
  • Help maintain and update product pages, decks, and internal docs
  • Research competitors and summarize market trends in the MSP and AI space

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with documentation, research, and synthesis
  • Interest in product marketing, B2B SaaS, or AI products
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and ask thoughtful questions

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Background in marketing, business, analytics, or related fields
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or technology companies
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Figma, or CRM systems
