Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team for a 1–2 year immersive experience. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who are considering law school and want to gain hands-on exposure to the legal profession before pursuing a J.D.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Manage case files, client communications, and scheduling
Support attorneys in client meetings and court appearances as needed
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s core values in all client interactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required)
Strong academic record and genuine interest in a legal career
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to client service
Located in or willing to commute to Northern New Jersey
