Role Description
This is a full-time or part time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Naples, FL. The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a focus on improving mobility, managing pain, and enhancing overall physical function. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, providing rehabilitation therapy, and offering education to patients and families on home care routines and preventive measures. The role will involve collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and support to patients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation practices
- Experience in providing Patient Care and Home Care with a client-centered approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Active licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Ability to develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Experience in interventional pain management or musculoskeletal rehabilitation is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
