The HR Generalist reports to a Senior Compliance Specialist and supports the firm in delivering HR management and labor and employment law compliance services to client organizations. This role partners closely with internal compliance and training teams to assist in key areas including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring clients receive practical, compliant, and business-aligned guidance. For select HR Department Services clients, this role also supports payroll administration, including onboarding employees into payroll platforms and assisting with related processes.
