Social Media Intern

Location: Miami-Based (Hybrid Remote + In-Person as Needed)

Compensation: Unpaid Internship with potential performance-based compensation tied to TikTok Shop and social-driven sales.

 

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and self-driven Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who loves content creation, understands social trends, and wants real-world experience building a CPG brand.

 

This internship focuses heavily on TikTok growth and TikTok Shop, supported by consistent content creation across platforms. You’ll also participate in select events and pop-ups to support our sales rep, engage with customers, and capture real-time content.

 

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Ideate, record, create with AI, edit, and publish short-form videos and image content focused on brand awareness and product education
  • Connect with influencers and micro-influencers to promote product
  • Manage daily activity on TikTok and Instagram (posting, engagement, trend research)
  • Maintain weekly content schedule across all platforms
  • Repurpose content across Instagram Reels and Facebook
  • Capture and create content during in-person shoots and product events
  • Track basic analytics and report weekly insights
     

Event Support

  • Attend local pop-ups, demos, fitness events, and in-store activations (3-4 per month)
  • Support sales rep with customer sampling and product promotion
  • Capture event footage (videos, photos, stories) for real-time posting
  • Create post-event recap content

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be based in Miami and able to attend local events
  • Comfort filming, editing, and posting content
  • Familiar with AI tools for video/image generation 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in food, wellness, fitness, or CPG is a plus
