Kitchen Culinary Lead

Are you a culinary student or emerging food professional looking to grow your skills in a creative, fast-paced environment? 7 Vines Vineyard & Winery is looking for a Kitchen/Culinary Lead to help bring fresh, high-quality food experiences to life.

In this role, you’ll support daily culinary operations, assist with food preparation and presentation, help guide back-of-house staff, and contribute creative ideas for specialty items and guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, culinary artistry, and working with a team that values quality, presentation, and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for food, creativity, and guest experience
  • Interest in culinary development, plating, and presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Preferred experience:

  • Culinary school enrollment or culinary training
  • Experience with food preparation, menu ideas, and kitchen operations
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
