• Conducting direct residential outreach to sell Frontier’s high-speed internet and voice services.
• Delivering persuasive product demonstrations to residential leads to closing new accounts.
• Representing the Frontier brand with integrity and a focus on high-volume service acquisition.
• Assisting in the training and onboarding of new sales associates to ensure rapid proficiency.
• Cultivating a competitive and winning environment through peer-to-peer coaching.
• Monitoring team KPIs and provide real-time feedback during residential field operations.
• Executing local marketing campaigns to increase Frontier’s footprint in the Meriden area.
• Coordinating with senior management to streamline sales processes and team efficiency.
