Garrison Prime is expanding in 2026 and looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our 8 to 10-week Sales Internship Program,  designed to fast-track you into leadership.

This isn’t coffee runs and busy work.
This is hands-on sales, business development, and management training from day one.

Responsibilities 

Interns will complete an 8 to 10-week structured internship starting from their agreed-upon start date.

During this time, they will:

• Conduct daily customer appointments in person.
• Learn how to sell AT&T fiber, wireless, and streaming services
• Open new accounts and upgrade existing customers
• Manage warm leads and track performance
• Participate in daily team trainings and strategy sessions
• Develop presentation and communication skills

Commitment Required: Candidates must be able to complete the full 8 to10-week internship from their confirmed start date.

Requirements

• Must complete the full 8 to 10-week internship
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Reliable transportation (daily in-person meetings required)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
