UI/UX Designer

A growing, mission-driven technology company in the healthcare space is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This role focuses on designing user-centered interfaces that improve customer interactions across web and internal platforms.
 

Role:
🎨 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products
🎨 Conduct user research and apply insights to improve user experience
🎨 Design user flows, storyboards, and site maps for seamless navigation
🎨 Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive designs
🎨 Ensure consistency with branding and accessibility standards (including compliance guidelines)
🎨 Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
🎨 Contribute to dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing interfaces.
 

Requirements:
🎯 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field
🎯 Strong portfolio showcasing user interface and experience design work
🎯 Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
🎯 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles
🎯 Experience with user research and usability testing methods
🎯 Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards is a plus
🎯 Strong communication and collaboration skills
