Internet Product and Operations Manager(Intern)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the evolution and design of specific product features for Honor mobile phones, apps, and all-scenario products, as well as roadmap planning. Formulate product goals, milestones, and resource coordination based on market insights. Analyze and research user needs, new technologies, and domestic/international competitors to define product solutions that exceed industry standards.
  2. Efficiently organize team collaboration, including interaction, design, development, and operations, to support the achievement of milestone goals. Manage product goals, R&D costs, project schedules, and experience quality for each version. Promote deep cooperation with marketing, channels, and branding departments to synergistically amplify word-of-mouth effects.
  3. Conduct industry analysis and market insights, evaluate the effectiveness of requirement implementation from multiple dimensions, monitor user feedback, improve product experience based on new requirement scenarios, ensure product competitiveness, seek new business opportunities, and support the department in achieving business goals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Background in computer science, software engineering, electronics, data analysis, or related fields.
  2. Ability to accurately grasp market and user needs, possess strong data and logical analysis skills, execution capabilities, as well as cross-team collaboration and project management skills. Capable of clearly breaking down business goals and roadmaps for implementation.
  3. Possess knowledge of marketing management, proficiency in user analysis and research methods, understanding of business model design in consumer products or the internet industry, and mastery of product requirement management and product design methodologies.
  4. Strong communication and self-motivation skills, ability to handle challenges and pressure, and a mindset of seeking optimal solutions from a win-win perspective.
  5. Preference will be given to those with internship experience at major companies or the following product experience: (1) Experience in participating in product feature incubation from 0 to 1, and product feature expansion from 1 to N with successful launches. (2) Extensive experience in user experience, particularly in functional and interaction design. (3) Experience in projects related to office efficiency, smart travel, smart living, camera/gallery, device connectivity, etc.

Preference will be given to those who can intern for 3 months or more.
