Role Overview

This role focuses on building the supply side of the platform by bringing in coaches and helping them become active.


 


 


 

What You’ll Do


 

  • Reach out to coaches (trainers, instructors, etc.)
  • Build a pipeline of potential coaches
  • Guide coaches through onboarding
  • Work with the team to ensure coaches complete sessions
  • Track conversion from outreach → active coach → sessions


 


 


 


 

How Compensation Works

You earn based on session activity generated by coaches you bring in.


 

  • Earn approximately $1 per completed session linked to your pipeline


 


 

Example:


 

  • 100 sessions → ~$100
  • 300 sessions → ~$300


 


 


 


 

Important


 

  • No compensation for signups alone
  • Earnings are tied to real sessions


 


 


 


 

What Success Looks Like


 

  • Coaches becoming active
  • Sessions being completed
  • Strong conversion from outreach to activity


 


 


 


 

Trial Period

3–6 months to evaluate performance and consistency.
