Role Overview
This role focuses on building the supply side of the platform by bringing in coaches and helping them become active.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to coaches (trainers, instructors, etc.)
- Build a pipeline of potential coaches
- Guide coaches through onboarding
- Work with the team to ensure coaches complete sessions
- Track conversion from outreach → active coach → sessions
How Compensation Works
You earn based on session activity generated by coaches you bring in.
- Earn approximately $1 per completed session linked to your pipeline
Example:
- 100 sessions → ~$100
- 300 sessions → ~$300
Important
- No compensation for signups alone
- Earnings are tied to real sessions
What Success Looks Like
- Coaches becoming active
- Sessions being completed
- Strong conversion from outreach to activity
Trial Period
3–6 months to evaluate performance and consistency.
