Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in pattern making, garment development, and apparel construction within a creative production environment.
The intern will support the creation of patterns for custom garments used in photo shoots, video content, and brand storytelling.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to real garment development from concept to construction.

Responsibilities (Training-Based)
- Assist in creating patterns for custom garments based on creative direction
- Support translating design concepts into technical pattern pieces
- Help adjust and refine patterns based on fittings and feedback
- Collaborate with sewing/upcycling team to ensure patterns are construction-ready
- Assist in organizing pattern files, measurements, and garment specifications
Mentorship & Learning Structure
- Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions
- Guided support on pattern making techniques and garment structure
- Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes
- Exposure to real fashion and production workflows
Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate (or equivalent experience) in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field
- Strong interest in garment construction and technical design
- Basic understanding of pattern making and garment structure
- Strong attention to detail and precision

Students with experience in pattern drafting or garment development are encouraged to apply.
