Marketing & Community Outreach Associate
About the Role
At Silver Lining Marketing, we work with nonprofit organizations to support their community outreach and fundraising efforts through in-person campaigns.
This position involves working directly with the public at events, helping raise awareness for nonprofit programs, and building support through meaningful conversations.
It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit partners at community and retail events
- Speak with members of the public to share information and build support
- Explain how donations are used and the impact they create
- Assist with event setup and daily operations
- Track activity and contribute to overall campaign performance
- Work with a team to ensure events run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people on a daily basis
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, or community outreach
Schedule & Requirements
- Minimum 4 days per week (full-time preferred)
- Must be available for at least 3 in-office days during the week
- Role is fully in-person (events + office)
