Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in content production, pre-production planning, and creative development within a media-driven business.
The intern will support the planning and organization of content before it is filmed, ensuring all production is structured, intentional, and aligned with business and storytelling goals.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to real content planning systems used across video production, social media, and brand campaigns.
What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities (Training-Based)
- Assist in creating shot lists for video shoots (Diary of Asjai Lou™, That’s My Friend™, educational content, etc.)
- Support development of topic lists for educational and social content
- Help generate hook ideas and talking points for short-form content
- Assist in preparing interview questions and structure for That’s My Friend™ series
- Support planning of promotional content for products, programs, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with video, design, and marketing teams to align content direction
Mentorship & Learning Structure
- Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions
- Guided support on content planning and production strategy
- Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes
- Exposure to real media production and content systems
Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in content creation, production, and creative development
- Ability to think creatively while staying organized and structured
- Strong communication and planning skills
