Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in quality assurance, user experience, and system functionality within a media-driven business.
The intern will support testing and validation of digital products, platforms, and workflows to ensure everything functions smoothly and delivers a strong user experience.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to testing real systems including websites, course platforms, email flows, and content delivery systems used by the business.
What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities (Training-Based)
- Assist in testing websites, landing pages, and user flows for functionality and clarity
- Support validation of course platforms (Skool, online programs, and digital products)
- Help test email sequences, sign-up flows, and automation systems
- Identify bugs, broken links, or usability issues and document findings
- Collaborate with web, content, and marketing teams to improve user experience
Mentorship & Learning Structure
- Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions

Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, UX/UI, or a related field
- Strong interest in quality assurance, user experience, or product testing
- Ability to think critically about user flows and system functionality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
