Asjai Lou Casting is a New York-based casting company specializing in discovering real people for television, advertising, and cultural storytelling. With over two decades of experience, the company has contributed to major productions including American Idol, Big Brother, and national campaigns for brands such as Nike, McDonald’s, and Coca-Cola.
 

The company is expanding its education and digital learning ecosystem across online courses, Skool community programs, and digital products to better support casting education, storytelling, and creative development.

 

Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in instructional design, course development, and digital learning within a media-driven business.
The intern will support the creation and organization of educational content, including online courses, Skool-based learning experiences, eBooks, and downloadable materials.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to building real educational products used by the business.

 

What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities (Training-Based)

  • Assist in structuring course content into clear lessons and modules
  • Support development of Skool-based learning content and organization
  • Help create written materials including eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources
  • Assist in organizing video content into structured learning experiences
  • Collaborate with video, design, and content teams to align educational materials with brand and messaging

 

Mentorship & Learning Structure

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions
  • Guided support on instructional design and course structure
  • Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes
  • Exposure to real education and digital product systems

 

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in course creation, learning design, or digital education
  • Ability to organize information clearly and logically
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills

Asjai Lou Casting LLC supports students seeking academic credit where applicable and will provide documentation and supervision required by the student’s academic program.

 

This internship is structured as a learning experience and does not replace the work of paid employees.
