Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in email marketing, customer journey strategy, and CRM systems within a media-driven business.
The intern will support the development of email sequences and lifecycle marketing systems that guide users from discovery to conversion and retention.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to building real email flows, automation systems, and messaging strategies used by the business.

Responsibilities (Training-Based)

  • Assist in creating structured email sequences (welcome, nurture, conversion)
  • Support mapping of customer journeys across different offers and entry points
  • Help organize messaging for different audiences and products
  • Assist in writing and formatting emails for clarity and engagement
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align messaging with visuals and offers

 

Mentorship & Learning Structure

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions

  • Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in email marketing, digital marketing, or customer experience
  • Ability to think about messaging and user journeys
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
