Studio Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead Your Team

• Create a positive, high energy studio environment where both clients and employees feel valued
• Lead, coach, and support tanning consultants and leadership team members
• Conduct regular check ins with team members to track performance, support growth, and recognize wins
• Address performance concerns with clear expectations and accountability

Own Studio Performance

• Drive sales and team performance to meet and exceed studio goals
• Monitor daily reports and adjust focus as needed to stay on track
• Maintain strong sales habits and lead by example on the floor

Run Daily Operations

• Oversee daily studio operations including staffing, cleanliness, and client experience
• Ensure timecards, deposits, and operational processes are completed accurately
• Handle client concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate equipment or operational issues to corporate quickly

Manage Inventory and Products

• Oversee monthly inventory and maintain appropriate product levels
• Train team members on product knowledge and how to confidently recommend products to clients

Support Growth and Marketing

• Execute promotions and marketing initiatives within your studio
• Encourage team engagement in promotions and studio goals

Build and Develop Your Team

• Train and develop employees on sales, service, and operations
• Support leadership development of assistant managers or leads
• Complete ongoing development to continue growing as a leader

Scheduling and Staffing

• Create and manage monthly schedules
• Ensure proper coverage while honoring availability and time off requests

• Comfortable in a fast paced, sales driven environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident handling employee and client situations professionally
• Willingness to be hands on and present in the studio, not behind a desk
• Open availability with flexibility to support business needs

Position Details

• Full time leadership role
• Minimum of 4 shifts per week
• Includes at least one closing shift and one weekend shift per month
• Must be reachable outside of scheduled shifts for support when needed
