🚀 Hiring: Production Assembly Operator
📍 Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)
📅 Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)

🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime possible on weekends)

  • Day Shift: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM

🔧 Role Overview:

We are looking for Production Assembly Operators to work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating machines, assembling components, and supporting production processes. This role also offers training and growth opportunities for high performers.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production and assembly equipment
  • Perform tasks like assembly, testing, packaging, and inspection
  • Load and unload materials/machines
  • Inspect products using microscopes
  • Enter basic data into systems
  • Handle light lifting (up to 10 lbs)

✅ Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime and shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Must be able to stand for long hours
