🔧 Hiring: Production Maintenance Technician (Fresher/Recent Grads)
📍 Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)
📅 Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)
🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime possible on weekends)
- Day Shift: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
- Night Shift: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM
🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Maintenance Technician to support and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and ensure machines run smoothly. This position offers learning opportunities and career growth for motivated individuals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
- Perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Use tools and measuring instruments for equipment maintenance
- Read technical/engineering documents and prepare basic reports
- Support daily production by ensuring equipment is functioning properly
- Work with computers (MS Office, basic systems)
- Stand for long hours and support overtime when needed
✅ Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or equipment maintenance
- Hands-on experience with tools, soldering, and equipment setup
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems (volt/ohm meters)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Technical or Trade School preferred
