What You’ll Do
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in creating impactful, person-centered plans and ensuring they come to life:
- Advocate fiercely for the rights, choices, and independence of each person supported
- Develop, write, and monitor ISP programs aligned with individual goals and outcomes
- Collaborate with teams, families, and case managers to build meaningful plans
- Conduct assessments and translate insights into actionable support strategies
- Train and guide staff to implement programs effectively and compassionately
- Review incidents, reports, and progress to ensure quality care and continuous improvement
- Coordinate psychological and medical supports when needed
- Ensure rights, safety, and compliance through thoughtful oversight and follow-up
- Lead Personal Outcome Measures (POM) to elevate quality of life

Requirements
Education and Experience
Must meet federal requirements to be Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), by having a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science, social science, education, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One-year experience working with people with developmental or physical disabilities required; more than four years is preferred. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Successful completion and certification in training provided by agency within specific time allotment is required.
