Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Full-Time
Location: Savannah - GA
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

About the Role

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Hilton Head is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic in Savannah, GA.

This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduate physical therapists seeking structured mentorship and experienced PTs looking to expand their clinical skills in vestibular therapy, balance rehabilitation, orthopedic physical therapy, and pelvic health.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient treatment
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Supervise PTAs, therapy aides, and/or students as appropriate
• Participate in clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT required or equivalent)
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation
• 1+ year outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and growth-focused
