Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote) Department: C&A Digital – Creative Team

Role Overview

C&A Digital is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is perfect for a budding visual storyteller who is eager to translate brand strategy into compelling digital and print assets. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing stakeholders to maintain brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, email marketing, web banners, and digital advertisements.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while helping to evolve visual identity.

Production Support: Assist in the layout of digital presentations, internal documents, and occasional print materials.

Collaboration: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to campaign concepts.

File Management: Maintain organized project files and ensure all assets are optimized for their respective platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a significant plus.

Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems.

Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to articulate design choices to the broader team.

Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work (student or freelance projects are welcome).

Work Environment

We believe in the power of collaboration and the flexibility of modern work. This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days a week in our White Plains, NY office to foster team synergy, with the remaining two days working from home.
