About the Role

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates for an in-store position representing Primo Water products and services. Associates work inside retail partner locations, engaging with customers in a professional setting.

No prior sales experience is required, paid training is provided.

Compensation

• Weekly pay range: $600–$2,600
• Base pay with uncapped commissions
• Paid training included

Responsibilities

• Represent Primo Water products in a retail store environment
• Engage with customers to explain services and answer questions
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
• Maintain a professional, positive in-store presence

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, coachable attitude
• Reliable transportation to the Denver, CO location
• Comfortable working in a retail, customer-facing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
