Content Creator Intern
Macari Brands is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Content Creator Intern to join our team. We’re looking for someone vibrant, confident on camera, and excited about creating engaging social media content across various consumer brands.
This role is ideal for a student who loves content creation, understands social trends, and seeks real hands-on experience in creating content that supports growing brands in various industries, including baby products, outdoor/lifestyle products, golf, food and beverage, and more.
As a Content Creator Intern, you will help bring our brands to life through short-form social content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing team to brainstorm ideas, shoot content, appear on camera when needed, and help us create social-first videos that feel fresh, engaging, and authentic.
What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging short-form social media content for multiple Macari Brands brands
- Brainstorm and pitch content ideas based on current trends, seasonal moments, and brand goals
- Assist with filming social videos, behind-the-scenes content, product-focused videos, and lifestyle content
- Appear on camera for social content when appropriate
- Help capture content during photo/video shoots, office moments, product launches, and special events
- Work with the creative team to develop content that is aligned with each brand’s voice and audience
- Support content planning for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social channels
- Stay up to date on social media trends, viral formats, and creator-style content opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- A current college student interested in social media, marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field
- Someone with a vibrant personality, strong energy, and a natural comfort level creating or appearing in content
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
- Creative thinker with a good eye for what makes content engaging
- Comfortable filming on a phone and creating casual, social-first content
- Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative
- Interest in branding, storytelling, and digital marketing
- Basic editing skills are a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating content for your own social channels, student organizations, or brands
- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Photography/video production interest is a plus
