Human Resources Intern
As a Human Resources Intern at Folio, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team operations that help our organization run smoothly and support a positive experience for staff and interns. You’ll work with a small, collaborative team assisting with hiring coordination, maintaining applicant records, and helping improve the candidate experience.
This position is ideal for students eager to apply classroom knowledge in business, psychology, or human resources to real-world projects, strengthen their people and organizational skills, and gain exposure to HR practices within a mission-driven organization focused on student success.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for interns and staff.
Help maintain candidate databases and organize application materials.
Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Contribute to the development of HR documents, resources, and policies.
Collaborate with teammates across departments to support internal operations and employee engagement.
