Unpaid Intern – AI Agent Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated unpaid intern to help design, build, and deploy AI agents for our firm. This role is ideal for someone who already understands how to create AI agents and wants real-world experience applying that knowledge in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI agents to automate internal workflows
  • Integrate AI agents with CRM systems (Google Sheets, Monday.com)
  • Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI
  • Process and extract data from PDFs and documents
  • Generate reports and documents programmatically
  • Collaborate on deployment and version control via GitHub
  • Continuously improve agent performance and reliability

Minimum Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

  • Must already know how to build AI agents

Preferred Technical Stack Experience

  • Language: Python (3.11)
  • Framework: FastAPI
  • Validation: Pydantic v2
  • Server: Uvicorn
  • AI Integration: Anthropic Claude (via SDK)
  • PDF Processing: pdfplumber
  • Document Generation: python-docx
  • CRM Integrations:
    • Google Sheets (Drive API v3)
    • Monday.com (GraphQL API)
  • Authentication: HTTP Basic Auth
  • Deployment: Railway (auto-deploy via GitHub)
