Quality Services Specialist - Quality Assurance - $21.17/Hr

FT 40 hr/wk Supports employees in the Agency in meeting quality assurance standards by teaching and providing important information about the electronic health record system that impacts documentation of services. Responsibilities included: reviewing notes and identifying corrections needed in the documentation of service and assisting in the coordination of activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Agency Quality Service standards.  

Worksite: Norwich    

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human service-related field and/or equivalent work-related experience
  • 2 years previous work experience in quality management preferred
  • Experience working for non-profit agency preferred
  • Valid CT driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Good driving record
