We develop interactive experiences, dome performances, and digital installations in collaboration with organizations such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Music Center LA, MIT, and Black Public Media.
Our work blends cultural storytelling, real-time technology, and audience participation to create new forms of shared experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Producer Intern to support the development and execution of immersive projects across Creative Aya’s portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone interested in immersive media, creative production, and emerging technology, who wants hands-on experience working across multiple projects, from early concept through execution.
You will work directly with the Creative Director and collaborate with artists, developers, and producers to help keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day production coordination across immersive projects (installations, performances, digital experiences)
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and task tracking
- Help coordinate with creative technologists, designers, and collaborators
- Take notes during meetings and translate them into clear next steps
- Support research and outreach (partners, venues, collaborators, funding opportunities)
- Assist with production logistics (scheduling, documentation, deliverables)
- Help prepare decks, treatments, and project materials when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in immersive media, art, or creative technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and move between creative and operational work
- Clear communicator (written + verbal)
- Self-starter who can take initiative and follow through
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with creative production, events, or media projects
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Suite, Figma, or project management tools
- Interest in AI, interactive media, or digital storytelling
