Are you an early-career sales professional looking to break into the medical device space and grow within a high-impact, clinical environment? We are seeking a driven and organized Clinical Sales Representative to support and expand our presence across a multi-state territory, delivering innovative wound care, skin closure, and negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) solutions.
TERRITORY & TRAVEL
- Territory includes: Alaska, Montana, Nebraska, Iowa, Idaho, South Dakota, and Washington
- 70% travel required, including 3–5 overnights per month
- Preferred location: Near a major airport, ideally Sioux Falls, SD or Omaha, NE
What You’ll Do
- Engage with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, wound care specialists) to promote and demonstrate advanced wound care, skin closure, and NPWT products
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed territory targets
- Partner with Orthopaedic Instruments sales representatives to strategize and close high-value accounts
- Conduct product training and in-service sessions for clinical staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and clinical advancements
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Become a subject matter expert in wound care, skin closure, and NPWT solutions
- Leverage internal resources including Medical Education, Clinical Experts, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver value to customers
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience required
- Preferred: 1–2 years in clinical or medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large territory
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside senior sales partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000 (includes $40,000 commission, paid quarterly)
- Travel Allowance: $25,000 annually
