Case Manager/Paralegal

Our law firm, dedicated exclusively to helping veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned, is seeking a Case Manager to join our compassionate and high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—our nation's heroes—and serve as their steady guide throughout the legal process.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for veterans and their families during the claims and appeals process
  • Gather, organize, and analyze military, medical, and service-related records
  • Prepare case files for attorney review and track deadlines using firm systems
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and offer reassurance
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure case progress and client satisfaction
  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve systems

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management, client services, paralegal work, social work, or related field is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (we’ll train you on our systems)
  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans
