Short Description of Duties / Role:
These interns will help ensure an excellent experience for both restaurant partners and app users.
Responsibilities include:
- Support onboarding processes for restaurant partners
- Monitor operational performance and order flow
- Assist with customer service support channels
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Help develop operational documentation and training materials
- Support quality control and operational optimization
- Assist restaurants in optimizing their use of the platform
