Black Kartel Modelz LLC is a Brooklyn-based creative studio specializing in photography, modeling, and media production. We work with models, photographers, and brands to create content while building a strong creative community.

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and organized Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our studio and grow bookings. This role is for someone who wants to be hands-on in building a creative business and helping it scale.

You will play a key role in managing bookings, increasing studio usage, and turning creative ideas into real projects.

Responsibilities

Manage daily studio operations and bookings

Handle scheduling and client communication

Optimize and manage our Peerspace listing to increase bookings

Use Instagram and outreach strategies to bring in new clients

Coordinate shoots, sessions, and creative projects

Assist with organizing events and studio activities

Identify ways to improve workflow and grow revenue

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to take initiative

Comfortable using Instagram and platforms like Peerspace

Creative thinker with a builder mindset

Interest in modeling, fashion, or creative industries is a strong plus
