Your Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage the foundational tasks of accounting, including daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Month-End Support: Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller in closing the books with precision and speed.
• Tech Management: Use our modern tech stack to keep data flowing smoothly. You’ll be working in the "weeds" of the software to ensure everything balances.
• Empathy & Respect: Convey information and ideas clearly to team members and clients. We believe in mutual respect and gratitude in every interaction.
• Active Curiosity: We embrace new methods and technology. You are encouraged to try new and challenging tasks and suggest better ways to get the work done.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems or Finance required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships count!).
• Tech Skills: A strong desire to master QuickBooks Online. Experience with Ramp.com, Dext, or advanced Google Sheets functions is a significant benefit.
• Mindset: You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a quick learner who isn't afraid to ask questions or challenge a past assumption.
